Privacy Policy

How Wylmi handles your data — privacy-first, by design.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

At Wylmi, a cozy home should also feel safe. We build privacy-first: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

Wylmi (“we”, “us”) provides a video intercom and smart-lock service. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@wylmi.com.

What we collect

  • Account data — your name and email, so you can sign in and manage your intercoms.
  • Device & call data — the intercoms and locks you own, and call events (who rang, when).
  • Media — visitor call previews and recordings, stored only as long as needed to show your call history.

Analytics

This website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. We measure aggregate page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. No personal profiles are built.

Crash & error reporting

To keep the apps reliable, the Wylmi app reports crashes and errors to Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google. These diagnostic reports can include device and operating-system information, the app’s state at the time of the problem, and technical logs. We use them only to diagnose and fix issues — never to identify you or track you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email contact@wylmi.com and we will respond within the legal time limits.

Data retention & security

We keep data only as long as necessary for the service, and protect it with encryption in transit and a secure end-to-end channel between your phone and your locks.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
