The service
Wylmi provides a video intercom and smart-lock app for iOS and Android. Features may evolve over time as we improve the product. To keep it reliable, the app reports crashes and errors to Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the intercoms and locks you manage. Do not use Wylmi to grant access you are not authorised to grant.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work hard to keep Wylmi available, including a Bluetooth backup for opening nearby doors, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service.
