You can delete your Wylmi account at any time, right from the app.
Steps
- Open the app and go to your user settings (the account button in the top-right).
- Tap Delete account.
- We email you a one-time code (OTP). Enter it to confirm.
- That’s it — your account is deleted.
This is irreversible
Deleting your account cannot be undone. All of your intercoms are permanently lost, along with their directory, any associated locks and call history. If an intercom only had you as an owner, it is gone for everyone. Please be certain before you confirm.
Before you delete
- If you manage an intercom others rely on, consider inviting another owner first so residents keep their access.
- Deleting the app alone does not delete your account — you must delete it from user settings as above.
